Hi my name is Ronda Myers and I love glass! Specifically stained glass. I grew up in the Midwest and was absolutely mesmerized and appreciated the beauty of stained glass windows in the Victorian houses in my hometown. I

 

loved the colors, design, and the feeling they gave me when I looked at them. Even as a child, I wanted to know how they were made and wanted to learn the craft to make them myself. Fast forward 20 years.......I finally got the chance!

 

After moving to Arizona and becoming an adult living on my own, I found a course offered through a local city art program to learn stained glass window making. I had the best instructor that had many years of experience. She was very encouraging and taught me so much in a short period of time. Also, I recently started making copper and glass windchimes. I wanted something beautiful to hang outside that could make a beautiful sound.

 

I use only glass beads, crystals, copper, and brass bells so they are very sturdy and stand up to weather and wind while keeping a delicate look. While this windchime craft is relatively new to me, I have been doing stained glass work for over 30 years.

 

 I've decided to start selling my artwork online and I hope you enjoy my pieces as much as I have enjoyed making them.
